Dr David Grech
Clinical Director & Aesthetic physician
A pioneer in the field of cosmetic dermatology field since 2001, Dr. David Grech has been trained by leading experts, namely Dr. Benedetto and Dr. Goldie in the area of Botox, and various specialists at the prestigious KT Medical Aesthetics in Harley Street. In turn, he has also trained several doctors, both locally and abroad, on behalf of the renowned brands Ellansé and Restylane®.
When it comes to treating skin rejuvenation, Dr. Grech is known for his holistic approach. Through his expert combination of lasers and medical aesthetic treatments, such as peels and dermal fillers, he is able to achieve optimal results. His proficiency also extends to liposculpture, the art of body shaping, for which he was trained by leading experts Dr. Safar from Belgium and Dr. Houyoux in Switzerland. He is also well-known for his Brazilian Butt Lift techniques and his superficial liposculpture techniques, which allow him to diversify and expand his services. Dr. Grech is a member of the European Society of Cosmetic & Aesthetic Dermatology (ESCAD) and holds a postgraduate diploma in cosmetic medicine from the University of Wales.

Dr. Demetris Stavrou is a visiting Cypriot Plastic & Reconstructive Surgeon registered with the Maltese Medical Council. He graduated from the University of Athens Medical School and finished his residency in Plastic Surgery at the Chaim Sheba Medical Center at Tel-Hashomer, Israel. There he was trained in the latest techniques of cosmetic and reconstructive plastic surgery from world known scientists. He continued his training with a fellowship in “Advanced Aesthetic Surgery” at the prestigious Melbourne Institute of Plastic Surgery.
He is well known for his extensive expertise about breast surgeries including breast reconstruction and travels around the world representing Motiva as an expert trainer.
He is constantly updating his techniques and has introduced locally state of the art methods such as the non-touch breast augmentation technique and ultrasound rhinoplasty.

Ms. Denise Sultana has graduated from the University of Malta in 2011, achieving her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Studies. She has vast experience in community care and also is proficient in wound care management, specifically post operative complications and chronic wounds.
Her career in Cosmetic Dermatology started in 2014 as a laser hair removal nurse and expanded to a more diverse portfolio including doing chemical peels, microneedling and assisting our Cosmetic Doctors. She oversees the Surgery bookings happening at the clinic and overseas the general running.
Denise Sultana is also a Certified Digital Marketing Professional from the Digital Marketing Institute, a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and is also reading for a Masters in Creativity and Innovation at the University of Malta.

Ms. Ruth Vella Jones
Head Nurse
Ms. Ruth Vella Jones is the clinic’s head nurse. She is in charge of all medical activity going on in the clinic and assures the delivery of quality nursing care throughout. Ms. Vella Jones has obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing studies from the University of Malta in 1997.
Her journey in nursing started at the Intensive Care Unit which extended for 11 years together with 3 more years in Medical & Surgical Cardiology. Cosmetic Dermatology was her next development in her nursing career, seeing her start her career as a laser professional.
It was after a few months in the role that her managerial skills and clinical expertise were again put to practice when she joined the Cosmetic Doctor as his right hand and started assisting in both surgical and non-surgical treatments.
She is now a vital part of the team and with continuous professional development and dedication, her role has become more and more invaluable.

Dr Alexey Vinokur, MD PhD, graduated in 1998 and is trained in General & Vascular surgery and in Plastic and Reconstructive surgery.
He has been in Malta since 2012 as a Vascular Surgeon specialist and has performed more than 2500 procedures and counting. He performs operative and non-operative treatment for pathology of the venous system, including laser, radio frequency and foam sclerotherapy as well as stripping and avulsion of varicose veins.
He also has special interests in the field of minimally invasive medical anti-ageing procedures of the face and body, performing treatments such as the ‘weekend facelift’ to name a few.
