What It Entails

ATTIVA is also a patented technology for the treatment of vaginal laxity, dryness and mild stress urinary incontinence (S.U.I).
The S.I.H. technology is an induced heat procedure based on the modulation of different current types; continuous , fractional and sequential.

By uniformly heating the subnormal tissue layers with a powerful but controlled radio frequency energy, ATTIVA allows a complete mastering of result with the highest precision and safety.

At first the soft tissue is contracted, then there is a shrinking of the collagen structure of the dermis which causes a stimulation of the fibroblast activity in reaction to the procedure’s trauma. The fibroblast activity stimulates the elastic production and the synthesis of new collagen

How It Works

1.During the consultation

If you are interested in ATTIVA treatment you should start by booking a consultation with our clinic doctor. During the consultation you will be able to express what you are looking to achieve and our doctor will be able to determine whether you are eligible to undergo this type of procedure after reviewing your medical history. If you are a viable candidate, our doctor will then discuss an appropriate treatment plan with you to achieve an optimal result.

2.During the procedure

On the day of the procedure anaesthetic will be applied in a small dose to create an entry point for the face and neck . For body treatments, anaesthetic will be injected to numb the areas. The treatment itself will last around 60 minutes, depending on the area and nature of the problem being treated. The treatment itself is virtually painless since the level at which it acts is not sensitive to pain, although there may be some mild discomfort during treatment in some sensitive areas.

3.After the treatment

Immediately after the first session most patients will see some enhancement, but the full result is obtained after 2 sessions, which are spread out over 4 months. Following the treatment, the body requires a minimum of 12 weeks to produce new Elastin and collagen fibers, therefore patience is key. There would be no visible signs on the face albeit some skin flushing and a sensation of tightness and occasionally some soreness. One can resume normal activities right after the treatment is done.
