€25 Deposit for appointment confirmation.

Disclaimer:

The NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to confirm your appointment request. Your appointment is ONLY confirmed if it is paid within 24 hours of your appointment request. If not, the slot shall be automatically offered to someone else.  The deposit shall be forfeited if:

i) One does not show up for the appointment (no notice given)

ii) One cancels their appointment LESS than 24 hours from allocated slot

The amount shall be used as credit on consultation fee and/or treatment done.
